You would be surprised, I spend 4 weeks in China last October and many dished looked liked dish, but they serviced family style and rice came some where in the middle of the meal. They cook on hot plates so it comes out of the kitchen, one dish at a time.
It does look good. Paul used to do a lot of stir fry. Not Chinese, but works for me. =)
i eat stir fry at least 4 days a week as that is my kind of eating..love it..i rarely put it over rice..i just love all the different veggies together..that looks delicious to me..going to have to start putting mine over rice..
