Leader-Ender Update

It might look like not much is happening here, but with getting Daughter ready for her market last week, and working on my block for the Desperate Housewife’s Quilt, there isn’t much finished for me to show just now.

But, the great thing about leader-ender projects is they kind of grow even when you aren’t working on them.  Just by keeping a piece steadily in my machine, the quilt is making progress.

Harvest Sky is a great scrap quilt pattern.  It was easy to cut all the various size pieces from the bag of scrap I had.  Then I started assembling them into component parts that will assemble into blocks that will create a complete top.

My first completed block.  Exciting!

  1. i love it and going to have to order that pattern…i have a ton of scraps—my scrap pile just grows and grows despite the fact i rarely buy any new fabric—and it would be great to use up scraps and is a great leader and ender quilt..

Thanks for taking the time to comment. It is nice to hear from you.
