A Family Of Stockings

As requested, here are pictures of some of the other felt stockings, at least the four that currently live at this house.

Fun details!

The children finally got the  decorations out, put up the tree, the nativities and the stockings.  I just hadn’t got around to it.  One of the rewards of parenting is children that grow up to be capable.  Merry Christmas!

  1. Love the stockings, and thanks for the details. Adorable. Could you send the A-children to my house to do my decorations? The tree is up, but that’s it. =)

  2. i love them….each is an original like the person it is for.. all those little details..thanks for showing us them…no decorations here…i am leaving in about 6 hours to go to my daughter;s in flagstaff to be with my family for the holidays..happy holidays everyone…

  3. PRECIOUS! thanks for sharing. It is nice when the kids help with Christmas! mine is pretty much up, just need to send those tubs back into the attic (before 12/24 🙂

  4. i think home made stocking are the best. I finally got ones made for my children last year. i knit them as that stretchiness makes them easier to stuff.

As a follower of your blog, I am writing to invite you to join in gallery of Christmas Tree Skirts. Today I have written a post about the tree skirt that I made several years ago. I eagerly look forward to putting it under my tree each year. I hope that you will join me in featuring your Tree skirt. one you made, one that has been handed down for generations, perhaps it was a gift. Share your story and photos in a blog post (it can be an older post) and then visit my post and add your link to Mr. Linky and then leave a comment.

Thank-you for considering this opportunity. Feel free to share it with any of your online or personal friends. The more the merrier.
