Deanne, I’ve been working on 2 Twin-size Churn Dash quilts for several months now. I had HSTs left over from animal snowball blocks and made then into pinwheels which are now the centre 3” block in the centre of my Churn Dash. I made the CD blocks as leader enders. Fun to use up all the bits.. I do believe the great-grands will love the animals, so tiny now but great to play a game of “I Spy with my little Eye”…it still needs to be a little bigger so I’m adding a piano key border someday soon.
Thanks for sharing your projects with us, it keeps me overflowing with ideas for my scraps. Blessings, Christine “So much fabric, so little time.”
Love the blocks! A Quilt of Valor in progress?
